My Daily Bread

I need it like most of you need Jesus
There's times we all have trouble believing
But believe me when I say
It's what fuels me
Gets me through my day
Consumes me
Moves me
Assuring me
It will all be all right

Because in it I saw snakes
And Sam was nowhere in sight
So I awaited the day

Not trying to ride the waves

I had my reasons

I aspire to believe
You believe to be
They'll believe anything
If they see the green
Prophesying until their face is blue

Traveling through desert storms
